Ofsted and the EYFS require all early years providers to have policies and procedures in place to safeguard their children. We have a number of safeguarding policies and procedures which include arrangements for: -

• recruitment and supervision of staff

• creating and maintaining a safe environment

• arrangements for risk assessment

• how to record and store information securely and in line with data protection requirements

• how to respond to complaints and allegations against staff

• record keeping procedures

• use of mobile phones, cameras and other electronic devices with imaging and sharing capabilities

• administering medicine

We welcome parents to come and view any of our policies and procedures which are available within our setting.

 

All of our policies and procedures are reviewed regularly to ensure they meet the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage and any changes in legislation.
